About Us
Our farm was established in September 2004. Dave and his dad, Jack, transitioned to organic in the early 1990’s, and they have gradually switched from cash crops to livestock.
J-LAND stands for Julie, Leah, Amanda, Nick, and Dave. Everybody does something on the farm. Dave and Nick do most of the chores. Amanda sometimes helps with the chores and sorting cattle. Leah is valuable all around the farm and home while Julie keeps the whole place running smoothly.
